President & Chief Executive Officer
Gary is President and CEO of APS. Having purchased APS in 1993 in its infancy, his leadership has guided APS to become one of the largest independent service bureaus in the Kentucky/Indiana Region. Mr. Huntoon has more than 20 years’ experience in leading and managing all aspects of APS and empowers his senior management team to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges. His technological vision and commitment to excellence in all aspects of business have allowed APS to be recognized as a service and value leader in the markets it serves.
Chief Operating Officer
As APS’s Chief Operating Officer, Mary Kay Jett leads the company’s operational and client service excellence organizations. She also manages human resources, information technology, and the service bureau tax service. Mary Kay has over 20 years of human resources, payroll and software as a service (SaaS) executive leadership experience. She holds a Masters of Business Administration, SHRM-CP and SPHR.
Director of Tax Services
Teresa Brown is a Certified Payroll Professional with over 20 years of payroll and tax related experience. Prior to working with APS, Teresa worked as a Support Center Manager with Manpower Group Inc, responsible for processing payroll and billing for over 35,000 employees weekly. At APS, Teresa leads the Tax and Client Service teams for Catalyst and Pay Entry, driving efficiencies and high levels of client advocacy. Teresa and her team of professionals provide workforce management solutions that simplify processing for each step of the employee life cycle while delivering best in class service.
Human Resources Manager
Michelle is a passionate Human Resources professional who is an advocate of both company and team member long-term success. Michelle’s education includes a Master’s Degree with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a field focused on applying psychological theories and principles within organizations to increase workplace productivity and enhance the employee experience. Michelle comes to APS with 13 years of Human Resources practice in international manufacturing environments and holds both SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Eric is a native of Kentucky and a graduate of Bellarmine University. Eric comes to APS with over 13 years of SAAS (Software as a Service) experience, serving small to medium sized businesses and has a deep passion for helping APS’ clients move forward with their strategic business initiatives. Eric and his team of Human Capital Management experts are responsible for continuing APS’ growth and assuring that all of our current clients have access to the latest technology to help them manage their workforce and control their labor costs.

Brings 19 years’ experience within the Information Technology sector, IT fields include Banking, Healthcare, Distribution and Payroll. Father of 3 children, Andriana, Amelia and Lukah. The Beach is his spirit animal.
